We had a great experience here. The chilli paneer was really nice and the paneer butter masala was also really good, it had the right amount of spice and was tasty. The parotta was also fresh and cooked to perfection.

The food at THE CHAII is truly exceptional! As a Keralite, I was thrilled to find that they serve authentic South Indian dishes, with a particular highlight being the Thalassery Dum Biryani. The flavors are spot-on, bringing out the true essence of Kerala cuisine. The biryani is perfectly cooked, aromatic, and rich in taste highly recommended for anyone visiting. This place has become quite popular among locals, foreigners, and visitors from other Indian states, thanks to its amazing food. However, I noticed a shortage of staff. The same person taking orders was also seen preparing food and assisting in the kitchen. While this doesn’t compromise the quality of the food, having more staff would improve service speed and the overall dining experience. THE CHAII has all the potential to become a flagship spot for South Indian flavors, especially with their standout Thalassery Dum Biryani. Adding more staff would take this restaurant to the next level. A must visit for authentic Indian food enthusiasts

The food was really awesome. Loved the biriyani. Very flavorful and the chicken was very tender. Mango falooda was outstanding. Elevated the taste buds after a spicy biriyani.
